Certified veterinary technician Erica Carr has worked with animals since 2000. She joined the Pine Creek Veterinary Hospital staff in 2008. She is proud of the high quality medicine practiced at the hospital and enjoys learning new things about animal care each day. Erica’s home is filled with pets and she enjoys the company of her four cats, Skittles, Neo, Zaps and Taboo, and her two dogs, Chevy 2–Ton and Riesling Sorbet. In her spare time, Erica enjoys beading, sewing, photography and wine tasting. She especially enjoys spending time with her husband and twin boys and playing outside with her dogs.
Certified Veterinary Technician Courtney Baugh began working at Pine Creek Veterinary Hospital in 2009 and loves working with people who share her passion for caring for animals in need of help. The proud owner of two dogs, a Labrador Retriever named Leon and a German Shepherd Mix named Kayrow, both 3, Courtney likes to spend her free time baking and cooking, swimming, scrapbooking and cardmaking, and hiking with her husband and dogs.

Tiffany C. Bowie is a Registered Veterinary Technician who has been a member of the Pine Creek Veterinary Hospital staff since June of 2010, but began her career in the pet care field in 1998. In addition to her years of experience, she is licensed in the state of California and will soon be certified here in Colorado.
“I always find it very satisfying to help an innocent, voiceless animal through an illness, procedure or just a routine visit to the vet,” says Tiffany of her work. “It is quite rewarding to see that little wag of a tail or the relief in the owner’s face knowing that everything is going to be okay.”
Tiffany has a Boston Terrier named Maya-B that she says is “Spoiled rotten, but very lovable.” Her interests include competing in triathlons and running events, high altitude mountaineering, swimming, bike riding, and spending time with her family and fiancé, Mike.
Certified Veterinary Technician Megan Sturgill has been a member of the Pine Creek Veterinary Hospital staff since September of 2010, but began her work in the animal care field in 2003. In addition to her years of experience, she has worked with Backcountry Canine Search and Rescue and is a member of the National Association of Veterinary Technicians. In 2008, she spent four months in Haiti working as a volunteer veterinary technician offering aid and training to individuals in small towns outside Port-au-Prince.
“The doctors and staff at Pine Creek are some of the highest caliber veterinary professionals I have ever had the privilege of working with,” she says, “and I love knowing we are giving the highest level of care to our patients.”
At home, Megan has a Pyrenees/German Shepherd mix named Waffle, Great Pyrenees/Anatolian Shepherd mix named Juneau, Maine Coon Cat named Barney and a domestic shorthair cat named Sissy. Her interests include backpacking, hiking, going to hot springs, rock climbing, riding horses, wine tasting and having dinner parties.

Michelle Morgan is a Veterinary Technician who has been with Pine Creek Veterinary Hospital since November of 2010. She began working in the animal care field as a volunteer at the Humane Society of Pikes Peak Region in 2008, where she is still a member. She is also a member of the Best Friends Animal Society.
“The doctors and staff are incredible and the level of veterinary care is topnotch,” she says when asked what she enjoys most about her work. “Everyone is so patient and helpful. I am lucky to be part of a team that shares the same ideals and core values as I do when it comes to the care of animals.”
Michelle has a Pitbull named Dallas and a Pitbull mix named Cue. Her interests include watching football (“Especially the Dallas Cowboys, best team in the NFL!” she says), playing golf, wine tasting, animal welfare issues, and spending time with her husband John and her two dogs.

Chelsea Costello has been a receptionist with Pine Creek Veterinary Hospital since May of 2010. She is also in the process of finishing her prerequisites for entry into veterinary school.
Asked what she enjoys most about her work, Chelsea says, “I love the amount of respect that is shown to both me and our clients. I can truly say that the highest standards of veterinary medicine are upheld, allowing all animals the chance to lead very long, healthy and happy lives.”
Chelsea’s pets include a tri-colored Shiba Inu named Kenji and a flame point Siamese mix cat named Tanner. Though she says she is very busy studying for veterinary school, her interests include cooking/baking, running, watching Grey’s Anatomy, going to the dog park with Kenji, and going to Starbuck’s for coffee and to relax.
Veterinary assistant Joshua Kitchen joined the Pine Creek Veterinary Hospital staff in 2008. He is excited to be part of the hospital staff and enjoys working with the staff and doctors. Joshua enjoys being outdoors and in his spare time can often be found fishing, hunting, mountain biking and playing soccer when he’s not at the hospital.
